HR Benefits and Data Representative - $28-$32/hr


Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who would want to apply as an HR Benefits and Data Specialist to perform a variety of complex and diverse benefit data administration functions.

Responsibilities


  • Running monthly life insurance census report for self-billing, reconciles monthly amounts, and forwards to VPF for payment
  • Analyzing data component of the total compensation statement annual project
  • Processing complex retiree paperwork in SAP and vendor site, death forms, and retiree death benefit the the the cancellations
  • Assisting with the data and analysis components of the annual Total Compensation Statement project. Audits and validates data files with HRIS, and the benefits team


Requirements And Skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office and advanced experience with SAP including BrioQuery
  • 3-6 years of experience working with an employee benefits program
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with high attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and willingness to change
