Job Description
ServiceNet. Monday-Friday; Fulltime. $40,000-$45,000.
Position Summary:
ServiceNet is an innovative mental health and human services agency that employs 1,600 staff members in more than 100 programs across Western Massachusetts. We are currently seeking an ideal candidate to work within our Human Resources department assisting with benefits administration.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with all aspects of benefit administration.
  • Respond to visitors and telephone calls to the Human Resources department regarding health and dental insurance.
  • All other assignments under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
  • Prepare documents for Unemployment Hearings.
  • Provide admin support to the Assistant Director of our Human Resources department, in the form of written letters to support employee requests ie; employment, income, position verification, etc.
  • Assist and prepare power-point presentations for trainings, meetings and events.
. Position Requirements:
  • Highly experienced with MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power-point.
  • Experience using virtual conference software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Valid Driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2yrs relevant experience with benefits.
  • High School Diploma required.
