SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant will provide day-to-day HR transactions and will be the point of contact to employees supporting all locations with the HR administration processes, employee information, personnel files, employee communications, and employment processing including onboarding
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record hours and generate reports within the timekeeping system
- Processes personnel changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Communicate with supervisors to resolve time clock discrepancies and obtain necessary approvals
- Maintain the Human Resources information system including input of data, researching data for reports and management information
- Assist management with event coordination as needed. Schedule meetings, set up lunches, etc
- Administrative support and special projects
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive
- Extremely organized, detailed and focused with processing data.
- Understanding and ability to keep information confidential.
- Excellent data entry and systems experience along with Microsoft Office skills and experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in human resources.
