RESPONSIBILITIES


As HR Assistant

  • Assist with benefit administration including open enrollment process
  • Assists with the administration and day-to-day operations of talent functions and duties such as recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Maintain all organization charts and other internal materials/tools
  • Assist with various research projects and/or special projects as needed
  • Respond to employee questions and requests in a timely and appropriately manner
  • Maintains employee records, documentation processing and report preparation.

As Lab & Admin Assistant

  • Work with scientists to organize the lab and lab reagents into an efficient space.
  • Provides professional and confidential administrative support to support Executive Leaders and team leaders.
  • Assist ops team in researching business supplies/products and obtaining quotes
  • Help manage invoices, POs returns and replacements.
  • Inventory and maintenance of shared lab consumables.
  • Schedules and coordinates on-site and off-site meetings and conferences. Arranges agenda and registers attendees. Makes travel arrangements as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, both technicians and customer service teams.
  • Coordinates calendars, schedules and meetings.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Expert in MS Office, Adobe, Zoom
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize appropriately
  • Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
  • Bachelor degree in business related major
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Some experience working in Human Resources or Executive Assistant
