Our client, an investment firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary part-time Office Administrative Assistant to support their growing team!
About You:
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, customer service, and organizational skills.
- 1+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Ability to work 100% on-site at the Bethesda, MD location (Tuesdays-Thursdays) from 9:00AM-5:30PM EST.
- Friendly and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The Job:
- Oversee the maintenance of the office and ensure all office operations run smoothly.
- Prepares expense reports, analyze data, and interface with vendors.
- Manage reception and access control cards/records.
- Organize meetings and manage/setup conference rooms.
- Receive/distribute mail and assist with office supplies.
