Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Assist with semi-monthly payroll submission
  • Receive, distribute, and send mail
  • Manage various orders (uniform; office and kitchen supplies; etc.)
  • Maintain electronic employee personnel file system
  • Provide general administrative HR support for the Human Resources team
  • Greet and assist office visitors
  • Manages the s
  • Manages Company Contact List
  • Send messages to employees of events and important dates
  • Prepare, update, and edit human resources and other miscellaneous electronic documents and data tables on a recurring basis (i.e., daily or weekly as specified)
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Answer phones and take messages
Education and Experience:


  • Knowledge of Payroll System (Paylocity preferred)
  • Experience with Payroll/Timesheet submittal
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing administrative duties /HR Department
