### ABOUT YOU

You are experienced in managing front of house operations for high-volume retail service businesses, technically proficient and acutely aware of your surroundings.
You are obsessed with over-the-top, first-class guest service and thrive in ensuring an amazing experience for anyone and everyone who walks through your doors.
Words that describe you include: customer service obsessed, servant-leader, energetic, technically proficient and detail-oriented. You have a hospitality orientation, are gracious and patient, warm in nature with strong communication skills.
Beyond ensuring an amazing experience, you are eager to join a guest-first brand dedicated to transforming the massage experience, for our guests - as well as for you and your future.

### ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Create BRIGHT moments as often and regularly as you can for all guests and team members
Check-in and greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Provide over-the-top, exceptional guest service
Ensure studio is maintained to Brightside standards at all times
Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
Provide instructor support as needed to ensure a successful class experience
Report all unsatisfactory guest experiences to the GM
Resolve guest service issues in studio
Assist guests with purchasing items from our retail boutique or add-ons for their class or sauna session

### EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience
Passionate about health and wellness

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Experience with Mariana Tek & Zendesk preferred
Are a go-getter with a can-do attitude and plenty of positivity to spare
Love interacting with guests and proving an incredible client experience
Have a no task is too small attitude
