Job Summary:

The Front Office Host is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors of the hotel. They are the first point of contact for guests and should be able to provide information about the hotel, its services, and amenities. The Front Office Host is also responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, handling reservations, and providing general administrative support.
