Regions Hospital’s Medical Social Workers provide patients and families with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses within a hospital setting. In this role you will provide general psychosocial assessments, referrals and discharge plans for patients and families at Regions Hospital or RHSC clinics and participate as an integral member of an interdisciplinary health care team.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSW from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) or a similar accreditation body designated by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
  • Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
