About the Role
The Adult Education Provider – Partnership Manager role in the HiSET team has responsibility for outreach and managing relationships with adult education programs and contacts in our HiSET states and territories, ensuring that communications do so in a manner consistent with PSI’s world class service culture. This role is part of a team that is one of the primary points of contact for our HiSET adult education communities and has responsibility for the retention and development our adult education client relationships. The Adult Education Manager is therefore an owner of adult education client relationships and are their internal advocate. This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, but occasionally HiSET Board meetings, client meetings, and other priorities may change this schedule.
There will be up to 20% travel required for events, meetings, conferences and workshops. Day-to-day, this role can be performed remotely.
Role Responsibilities
- Be accountable for maintaining, reporting, and measuring adult education data through Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Outreach activities should support meeting market share targets.
- Meet and exceed outreach objectives for new business relationships and retention.
- Participate in account reviews delivering ROI and insights to the client.
- Coordinate strategic outreach with the Marketing and Client Services HiSET teams and the VP, HiSET Program including managing the HiSET conference, webinar and training schedule
- Build relationships with the client's senior adult education stakeholder to understand their initiatives.
- Support the success of client contracts and expand usage and understanding of services through consistent and accurate outreach and training opportunities.
- Foster a positive client relationship by responding to adult education requests, addressing issues, resolving escalations, and providing appropriate internal communications.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience may be considered.
- Proven ability to adapt and pivot to changes as part of an evolving product set.
- Preferred experience in account management, project management or consulting
- Strong previous experience in outreach, communications and public speaking
- Previous experience in adult education, workforce development or high school equivalency
- Experience of working within a technology company, or other high-growth culture.
