Healthcare Program Coordinator - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the EndTobacco Team within the Behavioral Science Department. As a Program Coordinator, you'll contribute to the success of our initiatives through efficient program support, technical expertise, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Executive Director of the EndTobacco Program, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the development and execution of various projects. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the EndTobacco Program and advancing its mission and vision.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive program support and technical execution for the EndTobacco Team.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and internal stakeholders on the development and implementation of assigned initiatives and projects.
Contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of the EndTobacco Program.
Play a key role in creating opportunities that align with the program's mission and vision.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a required education degree.
Preferred majors include Public Health, Health Sciences, Public Affairs, Education, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in policy, coalition, program, or project management.
