Position Summary:

The Healthcare Marketing Designer will provide graphic design, marketing and other creative support (conception through production) for client programs and internal projects as a member of the Creative Team. The Healthcare Marketing Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Account Managers, Operations Team, and Clients to develop journeys and tools within a specified strategy, budget, and timeline.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure work is delivered on time and on budget within marketing strategy and client’s brand.
• Provide graphic design and layout in support of healthcare client marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives (Email, Direct Mail, Print, Web, Digital, etc.).
• Prepare and hand-off production files to internal team and/or vendors.
• Ability to build from scratch or repurpose content and copy from existing marketing materials to develop into collateral needed to support the marketing journey.
• Integrate tracking information, dynamic fields and follow compliance requirements.
• Follow and maintain documentation of current creative processes across clients.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate account/client needs.
• Be required to perform other job duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Have a basic understanding of industry competitors and their product offerings.
• Own role of client brand ambassador and keeper of brand guidelines.
• Manage creative work tasks and status communication.

Core Competencies & Experience:

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and a clear speaking voice.
• Possess a high degree of curiosity, analytical skills and creative ability. Must be adept at listening and have a passion for problem-solving and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate in-person, on video, and in writing, strategic ideas, complex concepts, and plan justification is a must. This role requires original thought, envelope-pushing, and the ability to explain ideas in a coherent manner.
• The ability to prepare clear, accurate, and understandable written text in English, and follow the basic rules of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Have prior experience evaluating campaign performance.
• Prepare files for printing and electronic distribution.
• Background executing omnichannel campaigns using a marketing automation platform a plus.
• Healthcare industry and manufacturing experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Wix, Wordpress, Stripo ,and Zeplin a plus.
• Have intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as email, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, video conference software and some generalized abilities for campaign reporting.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to generate and implement creative briefs, while working with a team of diverse individuals.
• Work on multiple projects and re-prioritize as needed.

Education Requirements:

• Two or more years of creative and marketing experience in an applicable industry.
• Four-year Creative/Marketing Degree, or equivalent combination of education plus experience will be considered.
