About the Role:

Job Title: Template Designer/Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Specifically, they are on the outbound communication side supporting the letters for the members/providers.
• They must be proficient is digital design with Adobe.
• Based on the requirements from CMS, they will create letters, update letters, modify letters, etc.
• This resource is needed for assisting in AEP (Annual Enrollment) support, as well as supporting the PBM partner change for the client.
• This individual will be responsible for the template design of these letters.
• Ascendion is looking for a Template Designer for an established healthcare company in the Tampa, FL area.

Must Haves:

• Healthcare Experience
• Agile environment - Jira or Confluence
• Experience in creating letters/documentation in the Claims, Encounters, Appeals or Grievances space
• 4 + years of experience with Word/Excel
• 6 + years of experience with Adobe for digital design
• 6 + years of an experience as a Template Designer
• 6 + years of experience with strong SQL scripting and data analysis

Nice to Have:

• Experience with supporting AEP
• UAT Testing

Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow the rules and procedures of design object hierarchy, naming convention and standardization
• Evaluate and schedule design implementations in a fast paced environment
• Designs, implements, and monitors archive and other essential log file configuration, operation, and location
• Review programming requests for correspondence templates and work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates
• Perform and document Gap Analysis with previous version of templates
• Develop and create new design concepts, graphics, layouts, objects and print rules according to documented requirements

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $45,760 - $56,160 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
