Role Overview: Digital Marketing Graphics Designer
As a Digital Marketing Graphics Designer, your creative ingenuity and technical prowess will shape our digital footprint and drive our marketing initiatives. You will be pivotal in translating concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborative Design Brilliance: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
• Mastery of Visual Craftsmanship: Craft illustrations and visual assets that resonate effectively across online platforms, ensuring they adhere to our brand's elevated standards and are optimized for various web and mobile interfaces.
• Effective Team Collaboration: Partner with product management, UX/UI designers, and developers to grasp project nuances and deliver designs aligned with strategic business goals. Clearly communicate design concepts and timelines to stakeholders.
• Innovative Creativity: Inject fresh ideas and imaginative concepts into digital product experiences, keeping user needs, design trends, and business objectives at the forefront.
• Organizational Proficiency: Efficiently organize design files, following version control practices for seamless access and retrieval of assets.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and techniques, contributing to the evolution of our digital product creativity.
• Active Participation: Demonstrate a proactive spirit for personal development by engaging enthusiastically in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques. Your insights will elevate our processes and contribute to the success of our products.
Qualifications
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience with a robust portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise will also be considered.
• Portfolio Excellence: Showcase a portfolio that demonstrates your skills, creativity, and understanding of design principles. Highlight a diverse array of projects that showcase your ability to craft impactful designs for digital platforms.
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping is required.
• Design Acumen: Strong conceptualization and visual communication skills, coupled with an acute attention to detail. Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and composition principles.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Flourish in fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving design requirements while maintaining creativity and precision.
• Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Clearly articulate design concepts while aligning them seamlessly with the brand's core values.
