THE ROLE:

As an Marketing Designer & Copywriter, you'll work with clients to understand their brand, message, and offer. Then you'll create effective new ads - design eye-catching ad images and write compelling ad copy.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

• Increase engagement rates and conversion rates with compelling creative.
• Minimize ad creation time and time to launch using best practices, templates, and creative skills, so that ROI is realized fast.
• Create effective ads including visually appealing images and strategic ad copy that are delivered and approved by the client.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS:

• Figma
• Video Editing
• Image Design
• Canva
• Ad Creation
• Illustration
• Animation
• Copywriting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong visual and written abilities.
• Must have a strong grasp of Marketing Fundamentals to include social media, paid media, and branding.
• Clear to pay Attention to Detail for pixel perfect production.
• Illustrates Visual Design Capabilities and has an eye for aesthetic.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising.

3+ years of design experience is required.LinkedIn experience is great, but not required. We have an effective framework which we will teach you, along with extensive LinkedIn Ads training. Agency experience is preferred.

Salary range: $50,000 - $64,000
