Job Details


Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Business Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement.


Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team to ensure success
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and clients to ensure excellent patient care
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition


Qualifications


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare business development, marketing, nurse liaison, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
