- Department: Ascension Care Management Member Services - Call Center
As the Health Plan Call Center Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of the Call Center.
- Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
- Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of Marketplace Obama Care.
- Monitor budgets and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.
- Strong Healthcare knowledge.
- Strong Healthcare Call Center Leadership.
- Provide monthly audit reports to management and proactively identify trends and concerns with processes and performances issues.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, and initiatives.
- Manage Call Center staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Perferences:
- FACET experience, preferred.
- 2 years of previous healthcare call center manager experience, preferred.
