Job Description
We Are Hiring:
  • Facility: Automated Benefit Services (ABS)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour day shift, Monday - Friday, partially remote
  • Location: Troy, Michigan
  • Department: Ascension Care Management Member Services - Call Center
What You Will Do:
As the Health Plan Call Center Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of the Call Center.
  • Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
  • Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketplace Obama Care.
  • Monitor budgets and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Strong Healthcare knowledge.
  • Strong Healthcare Call Center Leadership.
  • Provide monthly audit reports to management and proactively identify trends and concerns with processes and performances issues.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, and initiatives.
  • Manage Call Center staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Additional Perferences:
  • FACET experience, preferred.
  • 2 years of previous healthcare call center manager experience, preferred.
