Clinic Assistant- Whitehall Health Center

The Primary Care Clinic Assistant is responsible for performing clerical support and environmental activities using current technology under the direction and supervision of RN. Enhances the ambulatory clinic flow with effective clerical and environmental support of clinical staff and patients.

Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of an approved unit coordinator/clerk course or demonstration of equivalent competence.

Certifications: CPR, BLS preferred.

Skills: Computer skills required. Ability to navigate most current technology systems. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Strong customer service skills required.

Experience: Previous health care experience preferred.
