Job Description
The Manager of Center of Excellence (“COE”) is a key role at CuraScript SD (“CSD”) responsible for leading program management and process improvement team within the COE organization for CSD. This role will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities while also supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and projects through a disciplined process.
Essential Functions
  • Direct the team toward continued process improvement activities to drive efficiencies across CSD.
  • Manage effective communication across the project as well as being able to communicate higher level to leadership as well as to downstream partners
  • Manage the career and leadership development of teams.
  • Lead the COE teams around their respective focuses to ensure the desired service is provided.
  • Collaborate with CSD leadership around business needs and capabilities that can be shared across the business.
  • Engage with leaders across CSD to identify additional capabilities needed and ways to improve existing capabilities.
  • Provide oversight and management support on key strategic initiatives.
  • Drive projects through a disciplined approach for the delivery of initiatives that support strategy enablement and support growth opportunities.
  • Ability to understand and capture organizational change impacts throughout the project to ensure proper training and/or education is conducted
  • Provide oversight of program and project management resources for business initiatives.
  • Maintain the program's budget and synergy tracking
Qualifications
  • Complex problem solving capability and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Program management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work groups or project teams successfully.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred, high school diploma or GED required
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels.
  • Strong willingness to collaborate with others on team to identify and solve problems.
  • Highly self-directed and focused on achieving goals.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
  • Proven experience mentoring and coaching others, either cross-functionally or directly.
