Position: Head of Programs
In this exclusive role as the Head of Programs, you will be instrumental in shaping the success and impact of our client's programs. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong passion for designing and executing initiatives that bridge the gender gap and promote equity within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design and Delivery: Spearhead the design, development, and execution of all programs. Utilize your strategic planning and creativity to craft innovative initiatives that resonate with stakeholders and align with overarching goals.
Program Evaluation and Success: Drive continuous improvement by implementing robust evaluation mechanisms and performance metrics. Analyze data to measure program outcomes, identify areas for enhancement, and ensure alignment with the organization's mission.
Team Building and Management: Assemble and lead a high-performing team dedicated to program implementation and execution. Create a collaborative work environment that empowers team members to excel.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and fundraising head to execute the organization's strategic vision. Align program initiatives with organizational goals to drive growth and make a lasting impact in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements
Proven track record in program management or a similar managerial role within the renewable energy or related industry.
Minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least two years in a team management role.
Expertise in program development and evaluation, resulting in measurable successes and program growth.
Proficiency in project and program management techniques, including performance evaluation and key metrics.
Exceptional people leadership skills, including hiring, recruiting, coaching, and team development.
Technical proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and program management software.
A Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in a relevant field (Master's degree considered a plus).
