Job Description

● Listening to youth’s experiences and perspectives

● Advocating for their permanency needs

● Preparing youth for family/permanency

● Engaging and partnering with adults in youth’s network to identify potential adult resources

● Partnering with youth’s workers on permanency planning

The Director of Youth Programs, Nobody Ages Out Program is responsible for supporting the efforts of New York City-based foster care agencies, youth, and foster care advocates as they define and implement a shared vision for transforming foster care best practices to help youth in foster care achieve permanency before aging out of the New York foster care system.
