Responsibilities:
- Schedule property photo shoots and coordinate with photographers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Write compelling and accurate listing descriptions to highlight property features and attract potential buyers.
- Maintain and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist the team in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform back-end database management, including data entry and organization of client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email blasts and mailers, promoting property listings and maintaining an effective outreach strategy.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license is mandatory.
