We’re looking for a driven individual to join our team as the Head of Game Operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online gambling platform. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers, managing a team of professionals, and optimizing the performance of our casino and esportsbook. Your expertise in online gambling, customer service, and team management will contribute to the overall success and growth of our online platform. Primary Responsibility:

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of casino and sportsbook professionals, including customer service representatives, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Operations Management: Oversee the operations of the online casino and esportsbook, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities
• Game Portfolio Management: Work closely with the team to curate a diverse and engaging selection of casino games and sports betting options, ensuring a high-quality gaming experience for customers
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth and profitability of the online casino and esportsbook, aligning with the overall business objectives
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant gambling regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards, staying up to date with changes in laws and regulations
• Vendor and Third-Party Management: Collaborate with third-party providers and manage relationships to ensure optimal performance and the availability of diverse game offerings
• Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers. Oversee daily drops, tournaments, leaderboards, progressive jackpots, esports markets, etc
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze player behavior, game performance, and financial data to generate reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
• Casino and Esportsbook Performance: Monitor KPIs such as player activity, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to optimize performance and achieve targets

• 3+ years of experience in online gambling operations, with a focus on casino and sportsbook management
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices
• Strong knowledge of online gambling platforms, casino games, and sports betting
