Raptive is seeking an Advertising Operations Manager/Trafficker to report to the Vice President of Sales Operations. The Ad Ops Manager/Trafficker will traffic direct ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM), optimize campaign performance, monitor discrepancies, assist with programmatic implementations, produce delivery reports, and ensure that creatives are to spec. The ideal candidate is a digital advertising enthusiast with a high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. The Manager/Trafficker will work closely with Raptive Sales, Creator and Programmatic teams.
What you will be doing:
- Assist in administering Google Ad Manager (GAM) and overseeing other team members
- Traffick, QA and optimize digital (video, native and display) ad campaigns
- Diagnose and troubleshoot campaign anomalies, performance issues and reporting discrepancies
- Monitor pacing and recommend adjustments to ensure that campaign goals are achieved
- Reconcile first-party ad server and third-party delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and increase efficiency
- Provide best in class service to in-house teams, advertising clients and Raptive creators
The skills and experience you will bring to the job:
Required
- Meticulous, organized and process-driven
- Experience with GAM and Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree
- Work well with others and under tight deadlines
Preferred
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Python
- Experience with viewability, in-demo and brand-safety measurement tools
- 2+ years ad operations experience at a digital publisher, AdTech company or media buying agency
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic media buying
- Expertise in Google Ad Manager, including trafficking and troubleshooting display and video ad creatives/tags

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
