About The Team
We are seeking a business-savvy leader who wants to be part of Zoom’s larger commitment to providing happiness to external customers and internal operations. This role provides a hands-on leadership opportunity for developing and leading a team responsible for delivering digital transformation at scale for Zoom.
The Head of IT Enterprise Applications & Shared Services will directly report into the CIO of Zoom. You will lead solution delivery for Order to Cash platforms and several other Enterprise Applications. In addition, this position will lead Enterprise Architecture and IT’s shared Services like Integration, QA/QE, DevOps etc. This position is responsible for setting the platform vision and building next generation Order to Cash (O2C) capabilities. For the Enterprise Architecture function, this leader will create platform strategy, standardized & rationalize application portfolio, IT’s TCO management and provide architectural guidance for key platforms in the IT ecosystem.
In this role, you will build partnerships with Product Engineering, Sales, Pricing and Finance teams. If you are excited about the potential of leading our continued evolution into an agile, nimble, customer-obsessed enterprise applications organization, then this role is for you!
Responsibilities
About the Role

• Lead a global team across the US (Pacific, Central), India, and China. Led a team of Technical Managers, Solution Architects, developers, and functional SMEs in managing and developing complex solutions for applications using Zuora, Oracle, AWS Cloud-Native technologies and MuleSoft enterprise integration platform.
• Recruit, Develop, and grow talent through effective mentoring and org development.
• Partner with a line of business heads to redesign, evolve and automate business processes for scale and business agility.
• Collaborate with the Product Engineering organization to integrate IT services with customer-facing platforms.
• Provide thought leadership relating industry best practices for subscription life cycle management.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice to provide solution oversight to short- & long-term roadmaps.
• Create the vision and strategy for IT’s enterprise applications and shared services.
• Propose architecture & technologies to address business requirements in the software design efficiently. Build systems that will scale and perform for Zoom's future state (scale to $10B, multiple Route-To-Market and Business models)
• Analyze, evaluate, and propose technologies to efficiently address business needs.
• Translate business objectives and priorities into IT’s Enterprise roadmap.

About You
Basic Qualifications:

• Leadership skills to lead and nurture global teams. Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization with business context.
• Deep technical & functional hands-on experience in Salesforce, Oracle Apps, Zuora, AWS Cloud-Native, AI technologies, Middleware & APIs.
• Engineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor’s) and 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience setting up CI/CD and DevOps model for increasing IT agility and throughput.
• Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and ability to act as a trusted advisor with the most senior levels in an organization with the ability to represent the organization.
• Have at least 10+ years of experience leading SaaS business transformations, including robust technical hands-on expertise in Lead to Cash, Enterprise architecture and related domains.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results driven. Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in designing and building highly scalable and reliable solutions.
• Graduate degree in the relevant industry experience

Minimum
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$166,400.00
Maximum
$364,000.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
