This role can be based in Mountain View, San Francisco, Carpinteria, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Omaha, or Washington DC.

We are looking for a Manager, Sourcing Shared Services, Intake Concierge Services to join our team to ensure a delightful experience for our internal business stakeholders. In this role, you will manage our intake / concierge team who will handle all sourcing requests and quickly identify the appropriate purchasing path for the business. This team will be a key partner to our third party supplier and our category teams by quickly identifying the requirements for the request and getting it to the appropriate team with a high success rate while achieving all metrics. This team will be the “face of sourcing” and will serve as a help desk to all business stakeholders to create a customer centric experience for LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for the team to assist with other initiatives that require support such as M&A.
• Serve as a “help desk” function for the business by clarifying requests and assigning tickets to the appropriate Sourcing team as quickly as possible
• Manage a team of internal or outsourced employees to leverage our Sourcing Tools to identify the purchasing requests of the business obtaining key information to determine which purchasing path is applicable.
• Ensure a delightful business experience by quickly evaluating the key criteria and potential risks for LinkedIn and assigning to the appropriate team while meeting SLA requirements.
• Partner closely with Global Sourcing Category Teams and our Managed Service Provider to ensure proper hand-offs and escalations, as needed
• Identify any system gaps that make it difficult to determine the appropriate purchasing path and recommend enhancements, as needed.
• Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members are consistently delivering the highest standards in service and smooth operations.
• Understand the Voice of the Customer to mitigate pain points and identify opportunities for improvement and communicate those to the appropriate Sourcing Teams.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related work experience
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer focused, responsive and action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with PowerBI or other applicable tools
• Proven experience driving change and assisting with a transforming organization
• Proficient at managing multiple simultaneous, high-impact workstreams
• Experience driving customer service initiatives within a sourcing organization
• Experience analyzing data and driving insights and data-driven decision making
• Ability to communicate with senior management
• MBA degree
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills

The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
