The Role: Head of Growth

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer will direct acquisition and development activity. They will have a hands on approach to the delivery of growth targets, with the support of the local Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for end-to-end accountability for project conversation. Their accountability ends when the project successfully moves into commercial operations, to ensure there is clarity in project delivery at every stage.

The role will cover new acquisitions from early-stage green field development projects to late stage and projects in operation and will also follow projects currently under development through external partnerships. The Head of Growth will work in partnership with functional area leaders to align priorities and ensure the effective delivery of growth goals. They will evaluate and prioritize opportunities, ensure all necessary approvals are secured internally and provide expertise and support as needed in the closing and integration phase.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience of creating and presenting fully evolved (market analysis, strategic fit, economic models, and integration plans) business cases at board level
• Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness
• An ability to lead by example, with a strong sense of integrity and business ethics
• Experience in renewables (preferably solar PV) in US
• A track record of closing transactions (buy side)
