Head of eCommerce opportunity to join a growing skincare manufacturer. This position will be a high-impact position reporting directly to the CEO. As the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for setting the strategy to drive revenue across our DTC platform.

Job responsibilities include:

• Oversee website, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-funcitonal leaders on the overall go-to-market strategy to drive customer engagement and maximize conversion.
• Articulate and lead the eCommerce strategy and vision to drive revenue across our DTC sites.
• Own the digital product launch calendar and roadmap.
• Revenue growth.
• Improve the effectiveness of eCommerce content that drives conversion across major channels (email, organic search, paid search, social, display, and affiliate)
• Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities by improving the site journey, features, products, testamonials, and product information.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proficient in using Google Analytics
• Proven leader with experience in managing a team and P&L for an eCommerce business.
• Bachelor’s degree in business / related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of eCommerce experience. Specifically working with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/teams effectively on time and within budget.
