As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts. You will manage a team of digital marketers and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement our overall digital strategy. Your role will include planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email, mobile apps, and website content, assessing the performance of these campaigns to improve results, and establishing and managing relationships with outside vendors that help create content for digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement new technologies for use in digital marketing
- Work with other members of the marketing team to develop strategies that align with our business goals
- Develop new digital marketing initiatives or campaigns and analyze the performance of existing ones
- Create a website presence for our company by designing and maintaining websites, developing content, and registering domain names
- Review data to identify trends and determine how to improve the performance of campaigns
- Develop a social media strategy that effectively communicates with current customers while attracting new ones
Qualifications:
- Certifications in digital marketing are advantageous
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and social media
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
- At least five years of experience in a related role; ten years of experience is preferred
