Job Title
What is the opportunity?
The U.S. Marketing team partners with key business and distribution stakeholders to execute high impact content-led marketing initiatives that amplify our brand, engage external audiences, and help drive pipeline growth. The team leverages its experience, current marketing trends, campaign management, client/prospect segmentation, automated journeys to engage prospects and clients at various points of the sales life cycle.
Reporting to the Director of US Marketing, this individual will have a critical leadership role as part of the US and Global marketing effort. This individual will help drive campaigns and tactics, pipeline/lead generation, brand development and nurturing and will help develop and execute a data enabled strategic marketing strategy across a diverse product set, multiple channels enhancing brand and building client/prospect engagement
What will you do?
- Working with Digital partners, exploit technologies/tools to better penetrate markets and client segments. Employ data to target, engage and convert leads, enhance outreach, deepen engagement. Develop curated experiences for prospect segments including email campaigns, differentiated messaging and targeted engagement with specific prospect segments
- Lead key marketing initiatives and lead generation programs; including content origination, social outreach, e-distribution and digital techniques. Ongoing monitoring and measurement of program effectiveness
- Define competitive landscape, differentiated positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies across channels and platforms.
- Working with Global content origination, help define regional content needs in support of business and marketing strategy
- Working with key stakeholders and business partners help create strategy for third party sponsorships and events
- Work across a large global, matrix driven organizational structure, influence decision making
- Partner with Product Management to create differentiated marketing collateral, messaging, campaigns
- Understand US regulatory environment; drive a culture of compliance
- Manage a diverse, team of talented marketers in support of US business objectives. Maintain a test and learn culture
- Propose, develop, test and execute cross channel and channel specific marketing campaigns which integrate events, digital content, email, web, social to create demand/leads and brand awareness
- Work across a global institutional marketing platform, geographically diverse, promote best practices and a test and learn culture
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Deep digital and campaign expertise
- A best practice approach
- Extensive knowledge of Intermediary/Institutional channels of distribution
- Advanced Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong Analytical skills
- 10 + years of investment management marketing or product experience
Nice-to-have
- Industry certification a plus.
