Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Growth Strategy Manager to lead our company's growth and revenue strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product improvements, and pricing strategies to achieve our revenue goals.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign and project performance
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay informed of industry developments and potential opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and other sales & marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers for our virtual brand solutions
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement growth and revenue strategies that align with the company's goals and vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product improvements, and pricing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or revenue management in a technology company
Preffered Qualifications:
- B2B Marketing, Enterprise sales, Finance, or Business Strategy experience
- Analytical problem-solver with decisions informed by data and ability to draw insights to continually optimize campaigns
- A desire to build a new, high impact function within a hyper-growth company
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth and revenue strategies
Salary Range:
- $96,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year. Your base salary will be determined based on your experiences. This position will be eligible for bonuses and stock options.
