About the Role:

Constellation is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing for our fast growing Marketing team. Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, you will help define Constellation’s brand and marketing strategy as our first Demand Generation & Public Relations hire.

In this role, you will spearhead Constellation’s demand generation programs, work cross-functionally with internal & external teams on market research, strategy, and areas of opportunities for our sales teams.

This position will require experience with PR efforts to build our presence into new growth verticals for Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Financial Services and other regulated industries. A successful candidate will be someone who has experience overseeing press releases, publications, and speaking engagements within a B2B model. This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite 3 days per week out of our New York City office.

Job Requirements:

• Partake in the revamp of Constellation’s website to bring awareness to new verticals
• Ability to travel to events and offsite engagements
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Establish relationships with major publications that focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, insurance, and finance content
• Ability to work and influence leadership by utilizing a strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Manage & coordinate interviews, press releases, and Op-Eds
• Work with and support Product Marketing to develop industry specific content
• Help drive Constellation’s brand awareness efforts by partnering with our leadership, marketing, and sales teams on revenue generating opportunities
• Build & utilize a rolodex of industry experts, contacts, and companies to enhance Constellation’s market presence in key focus verticals
• 3+ years experience managing public relations and external communications
• Implement lead generation campaigns utilizing Salesforce Pardot
• Partner with CRO and respective Sales Leaders to build and launch company’s first-ever account based marketing strategy with the goal of delivering measurable impact on net new business to Constellation
• Spearhead features, speaking engagements, and opportunities to generate new business in Pharma, Finserv, & Insurance with a focus on highly regulated sectors
• Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving and emotional maturity
• Prior experience setting up events, meetups, and other business related functions
• 5+ years of experience running demand generation strategies

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Retail

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: Base $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
