ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You must be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, have a passionate, friendly, easy-going personality, and deeply understand current trends.

• Ability to Create Physical Comps
• Produce Print-Ready Files and Tech Packs
• Strong Command of Visual Design Capabilities, Including Composition, Layout, Hierarchy, Typography, and Color Judgement
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Ability to Conceptualize, Design and Execute Unique/Trendy Packaging for our snacks.
• Work Directly with Art Director, Project Managers, and Creative Team
• Make Digital Mockups in Adobe AI/PS
• Able to Follow Client Style Guides Keep the manager informed of the status of all projects.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong Organizational Skills
• Proficient in 3D Design Software, CAD, Photoshop & Illustrator is Required
• Must-Have 1-3 Years of Full Time Graphic Design Experience (packaging experience preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment while maintaining an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac: Illustrator & Photoshop
• Must-Have Portfolio and Proven Experience in Designing Packaging (paper box, blister cards, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, graphic design, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of Industrial Design and/or Graphic Design.
