Job Summary

The Global Learning Coordinator will coordinate webinar and onsite trainings on a variety of topics globally. A part of this role includes staffing and training providers on using the training platform as well as trouble shooting. This individual will work with other teams to ensure learning programs operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detailed orientated, and well organized.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to a potentially large volume of client requests in a timely, organized, and professional manner
• Create webinars in training platform and send the information to customers
• Execute special projects as necessary
• Manage internal staff calendars, schedule external providers and global EAP partners
• Keep track of learning sessions in internal database
• Reach out to providers and internal employees to staff events
• Troubleshoot technical difficulties with webinar platform and train providers on how to use the system
• Navigate global times zones effectively
• Manage learning programs occurring simultaneously in multiple time zones

Job Qualifications

• Demonstrates creativity in solving problems and finding new solutions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Detail oriented and strong work ethic
• Focused customer service mindset
