Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for anHR GeneralistinCartersville, GA. This is aFULL TIME PERMANENT DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Company Policy Handbook.
  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
  • Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Assist with developing and implementing training and onboarding programs.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, including health and dental, 401k, PTO, FMLA, and general employee personnel issues.
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Review and update HR and employee-related forms to ensure forms are current and compliant and all company-related entities use current and consistent forms.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Assist Managers with the recruitment and interview process, including phone screens, posting job ads, scheduling applicants, sending application information, and gathering feedback as necessary.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Schedule and conduct new employee orientation activities, including meeting arrangements, compiling new hire paperwork, and an overview of timekeeping and payroll systems.
Required Experence & Education
  • 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing employee development and training programs.
  • Effective oral and written communication of policies, procedures, etc...

  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Computer experience with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Preferred bilingual ( English and Spanish)
  • Communicating complex ideas to all intelligence levels
  • Public speaking
