Job Description
SmartCommerce, the #1 leader in Click2Cart technology, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a team member, you will play a critical role in partnering with CPG brands to take their sales to the next level through our proprietary one-click path to purchase technology "MOE". Our ideal candidate is an A+-player with an entrepreneurial spirit, infectious personality, and the ability to earn instant rapport with internal and external clients. As part of our "Family First" organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our team members while also driving the success of the business.
Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and practices.
  • Work closely with the HR team to provide comprehensive HR support to all SmartEEs.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and administration, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that new hires have a positive experience and that exiting employees depart smoothly.
  • Conduct training sessions and seminars to educate employees on various HR-related topics.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall goals.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in generalist functions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
