We are seeking a general case management coordinator (office specialist 2) to join our Child Welfare team in North Clackamas.

What you need to qualify:
Two years of general clerical experience, one year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
OR
An associate degree.
OR
Graduation from a private school of business with a certificate AND one year of general clerical experience.

As a general case management coordinator, you will:
  • Provide back up assistance to other CMCs, reception, and court shuttles.
  • Perform data entry and collect documents to keep case information updated.
  • Open, transfer, and close cases for your assigned unit.
  • Process adoption assistance memos from the central office.
  • Collect, copy, distributes, and track all disclosure materials.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Ensure that required paperwork for case files in completely in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings in OR-Kids database for workers and cases.
  • Prepare and copy cases for discovery, prepare files for legal reviews, and prepare packets for permanency/adoption committees.
Working conditions:
  • Work occurs in an office environment.
  • You may interact with a wide range of people including some who have experienced trauma, exhibit challenges in controlling their anger, or other unexpected emotions impacted by drug use, cognitive impairments, or other factors.
