Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! - Office Support Staff (Office Specialist 2)


In this role, you will provide customer service to daily rental customers of Fleet and Parking Services, as well as clerical support to Fleet Operations. Typical working hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. After the initial 6 month trial service has been completed, the successful candidate may be eligible to remotely one day a week. This position is not suitable for full-time remote work. Minimum Qualifications


What We Are Looking For


  • An associate degree in any field; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR


Additional Requirements


  • Employee is required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license issued by the state where the employee resides.


Desired Attributes


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate detailed information to a diverse audience on behalf of an organization. Communication must be at a professional level with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience, as well as skill in creating and managing spreadsheets and databases.
  • Basic knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Proven public relations skill to provide exceptional customer service, such as experience working in a help desk or customer service desk environment.
