Full Time Hybrid Homecare Scheduler ($19.00 - $23.00 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules using company software
• Ensure all clients have the expected caregiver at their scheduled time
• Monitor clock-in/outs for accurate billing and payroll information
• Coordinate with the Care team to find the best caregiver-client match
• Quickly find replacement caregivers when regular staff is unavailable

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable with technology, including computer software, emails, and texts
• Proactive and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well

Additional Information

• Must be able to work two weekends per month
