Front Office Coordinator Jobs

Company: The Skin Center ("TSC") is a rapidly-growing medical aesthetics practice headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. The company specializes in non-surgical and surgical cosmetic services across multiple locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Founded 40 years ago, TSC has established itself as a market leader and is looking for high-quality individuals to join its team.

Position: TSC is seeking friendly, articulate Front Office Coordinators with an interest in customer service and clinic operations. The position offers a rewarding opportunity for a driven, collaborative and results-oriented individual to grow with a great organization.

Responsibilities:

• Record patient referral sources
• Collaborate with managers on inventory management and KPI tracking
• Greet and check-in patients
• Encourage patient reviews
• Provide skincare product information to patients
• Provide and encourage exceptional customer service
• Schedule and reschedule appointments
• Field, troubleshoot and respond to patient questions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but will also consider candidates with an Associate’s degree on a case-by-case basis
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in beauty, consumer / retail and / or healthcare services highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for helping people and solving problems
• Positive attitude, lots of energy and team-oriented personality
