Job description South Coast MedSpa is searching for an experienced Front Desk Sales/ Patient Coordinator for our beautiful La Jolla location. Will work directly under Sales Manager to achieve store daily, weekly, and monthly sales. Must work independently on indvidual sales goals while helping the office with customer service and every day tasks. It's an exciting opportunity to grow with a growing company with multiple medpa locations. We promote and looking for individuals to help us open more locations. Please only apply if you have a solid and steady work history in previous jobs, at least 2 years of sales experience working at spas, massage centers, cosmetic centers, or similar service industries. South Coast Medspa specializes in skin rejuvenation and laser aesthetics treatments. Responsibilities include:
- Right candidate can excel and be promoted to Senior Patient Coordinator
- Ensuring office meets team and individual sales goals
- Must have at least 3 years of Sales Experience
- Work with team to achieve individual and team goals
- Selling our services to existing patients
- Helping with back office flipping rooms and assisting practitioners when needed
- As Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator, you will be selling our signature SCMS procedures to existing and new patients
- Once ready individual can be promoted and trained to perform consultations along with provider
- Asssistant Sales Manager will wear different hats to ensure store is successful
- Maintaining patient satisfaction, providing 5 Star Yelp Experience
- Front Desk Scheduling, phone calls, customer service, etc

Job type: Full-time, 5 days a week (8 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 5 Star Yelp Experience
- Provide patients with pre/post-treatment instructions
- Meet and exceed provided sales goals for the office
- Hold consultations with patients and sign them up for treatments
- Text existing and new patients, schedule appointments
- Flip treatment rooms to support medical staff
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Take before and after photos
- Describe existing SCMS procedures and upsell on products and services
Qualifications:
- Driven to make bonuses and help office reach monthly sales goals
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities
- Problem solver who can resolve conflicts and bring people to compromise
- Proven sales track record in exceeding sales goals
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in sales in similar industries a plus
- Great communicator who can build trust and develop positive relationships with coworkers, management and patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Superb customer service and sales skills
- Team Player that can work independently
