Job Description
Position Overview


We are looking for someone who will serve as a Receptionist role at the Anastasia Beverly Hills Salon in Beverly Hills.


The ideal candidate is someone who has passion for people and service, with experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate must be a strong seller, with the ability to pull, consult and build a sale while adhering to our guidelines and standards. This person must have the ability to consistently meet targets and be receptive to coaching from the Salon Manager. They should possess strong communication skills and build collaborative relationships. A passion for client service, artistry, and a working entrepreneurial environment is critical to your success in the role.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Answers phones and directs calls.
  • Adheres to ABH Dress Code guidelines.
  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
  • Greets all customers and directs them to the proper station.
  • Responsible for the achievement of personal targets and KPI’s.
  • Books appointments for Salon customers.
  • Meets visual merchandising expectations.
  • Assist in customer sales of all ABH products in the salon.
  • Calling customers to confirm appointment.
  • Able to implement coaching and receive both positive and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Performs all transactions for customer services.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Delivers exceptional client service.
  • Delivering best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.


Requirements:


  • Must be available Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm to work in-person at our salon in Beverly Hills.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or customer service environment.
  • Track record of meeting personal and counter sales targets and KPI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a team and a self-starter and ability to move a project through completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Positive, and professional presence.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to relay information to others.
  • Must have a strong sense of ownership for all the activities in the Salon and the ability to handle confidential and specialized information.
  • Previous receptionist experience, a plus!

Physical Demands:


Sitting, Typing, Frequent Standing and Walking, Occasional lifting (less than 25lbs)


Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $17.00- $18.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
