Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors to the Hotel. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of office and administrative procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.


Responsibilities


  • Inventory and Availability: Manage room and service availability to optimize bookings and maximize revenue. Coordinate with different departments to allocate rooms, ensuring efficient use of resources. Implement strategies to manage peak demand periods and seasonal variations.
  • Online Presence Management: Monitor channels manager and review sites to maintain positive reviews and ratings. Respond to online review, acknowledging feedback and resolving guest concerns.
  • Payment Processing: Handle secure payment transactions, adhering to company policies and ensuring accuracy. Oversee billing and invoicing procedures, resolving any payment related issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance and guiding to guests during the reservation process. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special manner. Respond promptly to guest feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Reservation Management: Handle all incoming reservation inquiries thorough various channels (phone, email, online platforms). Ensure accurate data entry of reservations into the system, maintaining up-tp-date records. Monitor reservation systems and promptly address any discrepancies or technical issues.


Quialifications


  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer services.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in reservation management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations, schedules and customer information.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
  • Legal documentation to work in the U.S.


Compensation: $30k 35K


Location: Brickell, (Miami Fl)


Rotative Schedules


6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.


2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.


10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
