Position Overview:

The Front Desk Personnel will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Essential functions:

  • Intake of vendor deliveries and coordination of vendor services in the suite
  • Monitoring upkeep of front desk, reception area and conference rooms
  • Greeting visitors and tending to client services in a courteous manner
  • Sorting incoming mail
  • Managing and maintaining the conference room calendar
  • Light scanning and proof reading
  • Entering client expenses and saving receipts
  • Answering and managing a multiline phone and fax system

Minimum requirements:

  • 6 months experience and/or internship experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Other Skills / Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a paperless environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including the ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Team player that wants their voice heard and is receptive to constructive feedback
  • Occasional lifting of boxes and/or paperwork up to 25 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be detail-oriented, thorough and organized
  • Professional image and positive attitude
