Our Front Desk Clerks interact with patients daily, and they provide valuable administrative assistance to the physicians and care center providers. Our Gastro Health family can go home at the end of the day knowing they made a positive difference in our patients’ lives. Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

• 1+ years experience in a medical setting preferred

• Provide support for the physician and/or care center providers so that they are kept on schedule and advised of appointment changes.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Support Care Coordinators, in areas to include phone calls with patients, record requests, and closing daily orders. Minimum Requirements

• Perform various duties including answering incoming calls and routing them to appropriate personnel.
