Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Analyst for our client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia area. Successful candidates in this position will be responsible for identifying people, relationships, and organizations with access to information needed to advance U.S. national security interests, such as disrupting cyber threats, counterintelligence threats, drug networks, illegal arms trade, etc. Also responsible for combining specialized training, advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge of and experience in operational trade craft to identify opportunities to initiate or enhance foreign intelligence and counterintelligence.

Must have personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science - from an accredited college or university - with 5 years of relevant professional experience -OR- High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant professional work experience (within the sponsor's organization or other relevant Intel Community organization) in lieu of degree.

• Experience and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence
• Ability to multi-task to manage time and priorities in a collaborative manner
• Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience conducting intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Community, their partners, and supporting/driving intelligence operational activities.
• Lifecycle Extensive use of tools specific to the end customer.
• Ability to shift focus quickly, work on multiple tasks concurrently, and excel in high-pressure/high-impact situations
• Ability to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank
• Availability for TDY travel, if necessary.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
