Job Description
Role: Front Desk Manager
Position Description:
The X3 Sports Front Desk Manager is an integral member of the X3 Sports team, responsible for helping to facilitate a welcoming, caring, healthy and safe environment and promoting a sense of community internally and externally with members, employees, and the general public. The Front Desk Manager is over the Front Desk Staff for all of our X3 Sports locations. The Front Desk Manager must demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service abilities at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Recruiting and Human Resource Departments to conduct interviews with potential new hires
  • Provide guidance and support to front desk staff for customer service escalations in the absence of club management
  • Conduct performance reviews with front desk staff
  • Facilitate new hire orientation training and continuous training for front desk employees; Provide support in the maintenance of front desk training content; Plan and oversee team building activities and front desk events
  • Manage the Front Desk Training Manager for additional training support when needed
  • Understand all duties and operations for the Front Desk Coordinator position
  • Generate and analyze reports for front desk success (Compliance Ratio, Front Desk Services Sales, Bookings Logged, Schedule Coverage)
  • Work closely with club management and the leadership team to ensure front desk success (e.g. staffing requirements, disciplinary concerns, training requirements)
  • Work with club management to ensure day-to-day operations are being completed satisfactorily and provide support with supplemental training as needed
  • Manage front desk schedules and ensure shift coverage for multiple locations; Occasional shift coverage may be personally required after initial job training for emergencies or if scheduling issues arise
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience.

To provide a warm welcome and information on X3 Sports’ services to the general public, guests, members, and employees and to assist in the smooth running and operations of the Clubs.
