As Front Desk Admin, you will be the first person people see when coming to our HQs located in Downtown Denver. In addition to multiple administrative duties, you will also support multiple teams cross-functionally as needed. Responsibilities:
Experience With Microsoft Office And Outlook Required
Ability to problem-solve, exercise good judgment, and work collaboratively
Coordinate and implement daily front desk duties including greeting guests, maintaining office supplies including food, mail, deliveries.
Coordinate and negotiate with all vendors including but not limited to plant maintenance, cleaning, facility maintenance, and building management.
Be the go-to for all office events – any meetings with external guests, any large food orders
Support the other members of the G&A team including executive assistant and Chief of Staff through travel coordination, meeting scheduling, internal luncheon planning.
Support People & Culture team through internal event planning (happy hours, team lunches, etc.)
Kitchen maintenance including restocking, loading dishwasher, making coffee
Requirements
1 year of experience in an administrative role
Demonstrated experience of success in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must be in the office 5 days per week
