Position: Truck Dispatcher

This is a financially rewarding opportunity with the potential to earn between $50,000 to $70,000 in your first year full time. We are looking to bring a few of the right people into our company to help us expand as we've been a family owned business

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records and reports of rate cons, proof of deliveries, bill of landing, and total miles driven to ensure timely payment and identify areas for improvement
• Be readily available during working hours to handle any issues that may arise with bookings or drivers, including taking calls from brokers or drivers outside of regular working hours
• Maintain effective communication with team members and customers to ensure successful delivery of goods
• Work flexibly and efficiently, adjusting workloads as necessary to avoid heavy workloads on some days
• Coordinate with owner operators and carriers to book loads and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep track of client preferences, rates per mile, total gross for the week, and customer satisfaction to improve performance

Qualifications:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings
• Passion for the transportation industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills

We offer a collaborative and flexible work environment that encourages creativity, open workspaces, agile workflows, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement. As part of our compensation agreement, you'll receive a commission of 3% on all client bookings that are secured, yielding an annual income of approximately $50,000 to $70,000 (conservatively) if you prove adequate and desire be full time .
