Freelance Senior Project Manager Jobs

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharma advertising industry.

Owns Project Health, Budget, Timing, and Risk Management

Proficiency of timelines and risk management

At least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Understanding of finance reports and SOW creation

Establish relationships with client finance counterparts & procurement

Train new account and PM team members on Biolumina’s financial processes & client financial requirements

Be familiar with and adhere to clients contractual requirements, departmental processes and procedures

Preparation of monthly fee reconciliations; review slides and participate in monthly client meetings

Partner with account to ensure POs are received and revised in a timely manner

Review & complete weekly rate checks

Exhibit strong decision-making skills during both internal and external finance meetings to contribute to the overall health of the business

Manage conflict with a focus on identifying solutions

Manage your team’s adherence to the agency workflow, ensuring all projects are effectively executed and delivered successfully according to client expectations

Bachelor’s Degree required or comparable work experience

Strong communication and presentation skill

Strong computer skills, including MRL submission software
